The decoiler in the compact system allows you to load the coil sheet safely and easily with remote control. The coil loading car moves in Z axis with hydraulic piston and in Y axis with AC motor drive.
It ensures a safe transfer of the coil sheet from the decoiler to the driver unit and without scattering the coil sheet. Thanks to the motor on the lower press arm, it provides convenience to the driver or straightened servo unit without touching the sheet.
The system ensures that the coil sheet is placed in the center of the drum much faster and more safely thanks to servo motors.
The sheet metal outlet of the drive unit and the sheet metal inlet of the die to be used in the press are provided by a motorized system that moves the drive unit body up and down to adjust the appropriate height.
The sheet coming from the decoiler is transferred to the servo unit in a controlled manner. In this way, the sheet is transferred quickly and safely without the need for manual intervention.
The motor allows you to adjust the upper shafts of the straightening group in the drive unit separately via the panel screen. Thanks to the motor control, it allows you to achieve much more precise and always standard straightening quality.
